Foundation Living is a UK-based property fund investing in residential assets that generate long-term income and tangible impact.

The number of households on local authority housing registers in England rose to 1.33 million in 2023-24, the highest it has been since 2014, government data has revealed. There are just not enough homes to address this issue.

Our mission is to channel institutional capital into sectors that deliver both resilience and responsibility, with a focus on affordable housing, supported accommodation, and regeneration-led schemes.  We work with the best in the industry and stakeholder, we ensure we are able to create exceptional homes for residents which has social inclusion at our core.
